When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, your organisation or institution (optional), your country and phone number, your email address, the role you select, what you are interested in, and your message. We use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a demonstration or a partnership discussion. Submitting the form is how you give your consent to that use. We do not add you to any mailing list.

When you visit any page we count the visit. We use Google Analytics 4, reached through Cloudflare Zaraz, to learn which pages are read, roughly where visitors are (country and city), what device size they use, and which site or app they arrived from. Your browser does not connect to Google; the information is sent from Cloudflare's servers with your IP address removed. We use this to understand which pages are useful and how many enquiries the site produces. We do not use it for advertising and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

We do not collect anything else: there are no accounts, no logins, no payments and no newsletter on this site.

We do not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Cloudflare, which delivers this site, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (cf_clearance) to protect the site from automated abuse; it identifies a browser session, not a person, and it is not used for tracking.

Zoho Corporation (mail hosting, India data centre) — stores the enquiry emails in our mailbox.

Resend, Inc. (transactional email, servers in Tokyo, Japan) — carries each contact-form submission from our website to our mailbox. It keeps delivery logs, including message content, for a limited period.

Cloudflare, Inc. — delivers the site and runs Zaraz, which forwards the anonymised page-view counts to Google.

Google LLC — Google Analytics, which stores the anonymised page-view counts. Google's own privacy policy governs its processing.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Enquiry emails: 24 months from our last contact with you, or sooner if you ask. Analytics counts: retained by Google Analytics for 2 months in identifiable form, then as aggregate statistics only.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you;

correct or complete it;

delete it;

withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form — after which we will stop using your details except where the law requires us to keep them;

nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

Write to our Grievance Officer, Dr. P. Koteswara Rao, at [email protected] or the address in §1. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

This site is for colleges, teachers, students preparing for competitive examinations, and their parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site; the contact form is intended to be used by adults or with a parent's or guardian's consent. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

The site is served over HTTPS only. The contact form is handled by a small program that forwards your message and keeps no copy. Access to our mailbox is restricted to the company's officers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if we learn of a breach affecting your information, as the law requires.

We will update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top will change with it. Substantive changes — for example, a new purpose for collecting information — will be highlighted here for 30 days.
